Description

Works to ensure individuals have an accessible and safe environment at home. Projects to keep people safe in their homes may include: - Ceiling-mounted track systems - Elevators - vertical elevators and step elevators - Exterior ramps and interior threshold ramps - Grab bars - Roll-under sinks/vanities - Stairlifts - Walk-in/roll-in showers - Walk-in/roll-in tubs An environmental home assessment is preferred first but is not a requirement.

Provides coordinated services, such as chore services, transportation, home modifications, support planning, pass-through purchasing, and assistive technology, for people with physical and invisible barriers and low-income seniors. In addition, have a large donated equipment program, an assistive technology lab, education programs, and inclusive events.
