Family Relief Grants - Philando Castile Relief Foundation

Eligibility

  • One application per household per death
  • Time frame of loss must be within two (2) weeks of request for support/assistance
  • Maximum limit of support/assistance $250.00 (will be provided in various resources)
  • Applicant and lost loved one must be a resident of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties

Provides immediate assistance to parents who are experiencing the loss of a loved one from gun violence, including:
  • Connection to crisis services
  • Funeral clothing assistance
  • Relief food for the family
  • Spiritual support
Funds are disbursed in the form of gift cards, with a maximum grant of $250 to eligible applicants
