- Applicant and lost loved one must be a resident of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties

- Funeral clothing assistance
- Relief food for the family
- Spiritual support
Funds are disbursed in the form of gift cards, with a maximum grant of $250 to eligible applicants
