Eligibility

  • Residents of North Minneapolis with an immediate need for rental assistance or utilities who meet the following criteria:
  • Young adults ages 18-24 or families with youth ages 13-24 who are living full time in the home
  • Be willing to participate in Prevention Supportive Services for 90 days. Supportive Services include budget planning, individualized support plan, and learning about community resources
  • Provide verification/documentation of need

  • Applicants must live in North Minneapolis and be applying with a North Minneapolis address
