Application process
- Referrals are typically made through Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) or school transition staff for eligible students
- Interested individuals should contact their school counselor, special education team, or local Vocational Rehabilitation office to determine eligibility and obtain referral authorization for services

Helps secondary students with disabilities prepare for life after graduation. Provides an opportunity for youth to explore career and training options, gain work skills, and learn how to be successful after high school.
