Addresses complaints, questions, or concerns related to licensed facilities: hospitals, nursing homes, boarding care homes, supervised living facilities, assisted living, and home health agencies. This office cannot investigate billing or insurance concerns, medical clinics, or personal care attendants who do not work for a home care agency.
