- Provides housing for seniors 62 and older who are low income, Assiste living services are available; not included in rent. - Social Activities - Subsidized Rental Housing - Allows cats under 30 pounds (only 1 pet per unit) - Allows dogs under 30 pounds (only 1 pet per unit) - Community Room - Dining Room - Elevator - Laundry facilities - On site beauty salon - Security system - Off street parking - Public park within one mile - Security Deposit (required) - Utilities included in rent - Lunch and Dinner served (not included in rent; is a separate expense charge) - Mandatory meal program
