Construction Codes and Licensing: www.dli.mn.gov/workers/building-officials Adopts and administers the building, residential, accessibility, energy, elevator, manufactures structures and building conservation codes; reviews and inspects state owned or licensed facilities; certifies and educates building officials and license manufactured home dealers.
