A licensed 10-bed residential facility to treat adults living with severe and persistent mental illness who have experienced significant functional deterioration and need residential care to prevent hospitalization or to transition back to the community following hospitalization. Services include: - Crisis prevention planning - Healthy living and fitness - Illness management and recovery - Integrated dual diagnosis treatment and relapse prevention/planning - Medication education - Personal finance, cooking, nutrition, and general skills
