- Emergency Food and Shelter Program: Assists individuals and families in a crisis to prevent homelessness, which may include providing a motel voucher or food voucher - Family Homeless Prevention Assistance Program - FHPAP: Provides short-term assistance for individuals and families to keep housing, or to assist getting into housing such as providing rent payment, rental deposit and utility service payment assistance - Food Support Outreach: SNAP specialists assist with questions and applications, as well as provide outreach support - Transitional Housing: Helps people who have no permanent address find permanent housing - Youth Homeless Demonstration Grant (YHDP): Assists homeless youth ages 18-24 with obtaining housing, along with many other incentives
