Eligibility

Low-income individuals whose current housing may be inadequate due to being overpriced, overcrowded, or in disrepair, who are unable to secure a conventional home loan to purchase a home, have the income to pay for a mortgage, and must reside in Carlton, Lake, and southern Saint Louis County
