Adults must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help. Individual must not have quit or refused a job within the past 30 days. Assists with electric service payment assistance, first month's rent payment assistance, gas service payment assistance, heating fuel payment assistance, rental deposit assistance, utility deposit assistance, and water service payment assistance.
