Provides leisure and recreational pursuits and works to be a one-stop-shop for seniors with partner agencies providing services under one roof. Leisure and recreation: - Arts and crafts - Billiards - Cards - Educational programs - Exercise/health and wellness AARP Driver Safety Classes: Course qualifies drivers 55 and over for a 10% reduction in car insurance. An 8-hour course, divided into two 4-hour days, provides a certificate for the insurance discount. Other Services: - Computer classes - Foot clinic - Health insurance counseling - Massage therapy SEMCAC Senior Dining: A location for the SEMCAC Senior Dining program provides a hot meal with some diet alternatives, such as diabetic options or low sodium.
