Eligibility
- Low-income families with children between the ages of 3 - 5 by August and who are residents of Becker, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, Stevens, Traverse, and Wilkin Counties
- Also accepts applications from parents under age 21 who are pursuing a GED or high school degree, or participants in publicly funded programs
