Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. County provides assessment for SUD funding for eligible persons. Chemical health services referral provided for: - Aftercare - Assessment - Case management - Community education - Detoxification services - Prevention - Treatment services
