Households from a 1 – 4 unit residential building (renters, homeowners, property owners) located within Minneapolis or Saint Paul There is a special but non-exclusive focus on 4 areas: Eastside St. Paul; Midtown/Rondo/Frogtown in St. Paul; North Minneapolis; and South Minneapolis

Helps renters, homeowners, and property owners find and receive energy upgrade options that fit their needs, timeline, and budget. Example upgrade projects include: furnaces, boilers, air conditioning (A/C), air source heat pumps (ASHP), water heaters, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, and insulation.

Referrals, navigation, and application assistance are also made to other key energy programs such as bill assistance, payment plans, and other discount programs offered by utilities.

Navigators meet community members at their home or locations out in the community.
