Clubhouse Community Support - Vail Communities

Eligibility
  • 18 and older; diagnosed with a mental illness;
  • Serves Twin Cities Metro; primarily Hennepin and Hopkins County and Uptown locations accessible via public transportation
Required documents
Application form verification of serious and persistent mental illness by a mental health professional
Hours
  • Office and Clubhouse hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
  • Extended Clubhouse hours: 1 evening per week until 6:30 pm
  • Check Calendar for alternating clubhouse availability

  • There are no direct fees to the client for clubhouse services
  • There are nominal client fees for some specific social recreation activities
