Individuals 18 and older and older adults who meet income guidelines and are residents of Big Stone, Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Lincoln, Lyon, Meeker, Renville, Swift, and Yellow Medicine counties

Call to request an intake. Eligibility for service is determined by a receptionist over the phone based on income and the type of legal issue.
