Eligibility
Residents of Saint Louis County who are:
- Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child
- Parents of a minor child and if one parent does not live with the child
- Parents who pay court-ordered child support
- Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child
- Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home
