Description

Helps individuals who need ongoing support to maintain their recovery goals but do not require intensive outpatient or residential/inpatient services. Services assist with learning and implementing new coping skills, beliefs, and values to help achieve goals and maintain. Services include: - Client-centered and individualized treatment planning - Diagnostic assessment and individual therapy - Group counseling sessions - Individual counseling sessions - Telehealth options available - Treatment coordination
