Vehicle Repair Program - Cars for Neighbors

Eligibility

Residents of Anoka County who are age 18 and older who meet the following requirements:
  • Have car insurance and vehicle title (with name matching the applicant accessing the service)
  • Meet low-income guidelines
  • Valid MN Drivers license with current Anoka County address
  • No previous assistance from Cars for Neighbors or Free to Be, Inc.

Required documents

Application form 3 months of income statements valid driver's license valid auto insurance vehicle title in applicant's name

9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
