Residents of Anoka County who are age 18 and older who meet the following requirements: - Have car insurance and vehicle title (with name matching the applicant accessing the service) - Meet low-income guidelines - Valid MN Drivers license with current Anoka County address - No previous assistance from Cars for Neighbors or Free to Be, Inc.
Application form 3 months of income statements valid driver's license valid auto insurance vehicle title in applicant's name
9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
