Description

Provides temporary financial assistance for refugees and eligible entrants while they are in the process of resettling in the United States NOTE: Able-bodied RCA recipients are required to participate in an employment and training program. RCA recipients who are living with a disability or are 65 years and over are required to apply for SSI.
