- Free tax preparation for individuals and families with total household income up to $56,000
- Regular season: program available January 28 through March 30 for current year taxes only
- Prior year and amended returns by appointment Feb 2 - April 13
- Post-season: Current year, prior year, and amended returns by appointment only May 4 - June 28
- Taxpayers only filing for property tax refunds or renter's rebates are encouraged to use post-season
