Strong Fast Fit provides wellness through play, movement, meals, and relationships with peers and trusted adults for youth ages 7-17 years. The afterschool programming occurs within a group setting with youth from similar backgrounds to develop healthy habits and practices. Families are involved weekly in nutrition education and fitness activities.
