Advocacy services for Latinos who speak primarily Spanish and who are trying to access state, county, and city programs Referrals to emergency food, education, and vocational programs serving the Spanish speaking community Information Center: provides service five days a week to support immediate emergency needs of Latino individuals or families by connecting clients to available community resources
