Application process
- Monday – Friday: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 8 am – 10 pm; call 211 afterhours
- Weekends and holidays: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 1 pm - 9 pm; call Adult Shelter Connect 9 pm - 10 pm; call 211 afterhours
- Must advise the shelter with the following client information:
- First and last name
- Date of birth or Client ID number
- Shelter has limited accommodations for wheelchair accessibility
- Shelter guests can begin arriving at 7 pm and must leave by 7 am. Shelter does not accept pets.

Provides an overnight winter shelter with 50 beds, 30 for men and 20 for women, 7 days a week for single adults during the months of November through mid-April. Guests are served hot dinners and breakfast every day, and showers are also available with hygiene products provided.
