- Monday - Friday: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 8 am - 10 pm; call 211 afterhours - Weekends and holidays: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 1 pm - 9 pm; call Adult Shelter Connect 9 pm - 10 pm; call 211 afterhours - Must advise shelter with the following client information: - First and last name - Date of birth or Client ID number - Shelter has limited accommodations for wheelchair accessibility - Shelter guests can begin arriving at 7 pm and must leave by 7 am. Shelter does not accept pets. Couples seeking shelter will be housed in separate male and female sleeping areas.
