Avanti Center - Volunteers of America Minnesota and Wisconsin

Provides therapeutic, residential care treatment program for adolescents whose sex is assigned as female who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. This intensive, supportive environment is typically appropriate for children and adolescents that have tried outpatient services and are unable to be supported at home or in their community due to their mental health needs. Services may include: - Aftercare services - Individual and group DBT therapy and DBT skills building - Intensive parenting and caregiver support -On-site registered nurse (during business hours) - Psychiatric assessment and ongoing medication management - Trauma-informed care approach
