Offers opportunities to people age 55 and over to gain work skills through paid work experience. Participants work part-time hours at work sites such as thrift stores, schools, museums, daycare centers, hospitals, nursing homes, and more. The program is designed to provide job training and support with the goal of moving to a job in the regular job market.
