- Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee: (Apple Tree Dental calls it the affordable plan) available for non-covered services and for uninsured patients
- Eligibility is based on income and the number of people in the family
- Older adults ages 65 and older without insurance coverage automatically receive a 5% discount, but may qualify for up to 20% by applying for the Affordable Plan
