Eligibility

In-home and community-based services available to youth who are in foster care and are residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Douglas, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright counties. Youth receiving in-home counseling must be on Medical Assistance and be residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Douglas, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright counties in Minnesota.

Description

Children's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (CIBHS) is a comprehensive mental health service for children and youth with significant mental health symptoms and impairments in their functional abilities who are living in a family foster care setting or who are living with their parents or other legal guardians and are at risk of out-of-home placement.
