Description

Cub Scouting: Boys and girls in kindergarten - 5th grade participates in projects and outdoor activities while encouraging them to make friends, be helpful to others, and do their very best no matter the outcome. Scouts BSA: Traditional Scouting experience where boys and girls ages 11 - 17 can have their share of adventure in the great outdoors includes fishing, building campfires, climbing mountains, and hiking trails. Scouts also work through the Scout Handbook, attend meetings, and serve the community. Exploring: Teaches important life and career skills to young people from all backgrounds through career experiences and mentorship provided by community and business leaders. Serves two different age groups, both coed. Exploring clubs serve middle schoolers, ages 10 - 14, in sixth through eighth grades. Exploring posts serve older youth 14 - 20 years old. Venturing: Youth-led and youth-inspired program for youth ages 10 - 20, who are looking for an adventure including outdoor activities, designing robots, volunteering, and more. Program helps youth acquire life skills and gain experiences such as leadership, event planning, organization, communication, and responsibility.
