Eligibility

- Car seat check: Families in Olmsted County - Car seat distribution: Families with children from ages birth - 12 years and pregnant individuals who have Blue Plus or UCare through state health insurance

Required documents

- Car seat check: None - Car seat distribution: - Names of the child or children (with correct spelling) receiving a car seat or, if the individual is pregnant, name and due date - Birthdate of whoever will be receiving the car seat - Health insurance information (only accept UCare or Blue Plus) - Current email and phone number
