Eligibility
  • Youth in grades 6 - 12 who are students of Hopkins North Middle School, Hopkins West Middle School, Hopkins High School, Ubah Academy, Saint Louis Park Middle School, Saint Louis Park High School, or Eden Prairie High School
  • Adults aged 18 - 24 who are experiencing homelessness or living with a disability, are uninsured or underinsured, and are residents of Eden Prairie, Hopkins, and Saint Louis Park
