- Youth in grades 6 - 12 who are students of Hopkins North Middle School, Hopkins West Middle School, Hopkins High School, Ubah Academy, Saint Louis Park Middle School, Saint Louis Park High School, or Eden Prairie High School - Adults aged 18 - 24 who are experiencing homelessness or living with a disability, are uninsured or underinsured, and are residents of Eden Prairie, Hopkins, and Saint Louis Park

Provides counseling for youth and their families in-home or in-school. Offers counseling for: - Adolescent/youth counseling - Anger management - Anxiety - Child guidance - Depression - Grief and bereavement - Family conflict - Parent counseling - Trauma - Homeless/runaway youth counseling

Provides free low-barrier mental health services and youth housing programs for teens and young adults ages 11 - 24 years, and their families. Services include free school and community-based mental health and case management services, drop-in center, school and street outreach, and scattered-site transitional living.
