Provides city services including: - Animal Control - Beer/liquor licenses - Charitable gambling permits - City attorney - City clerk - Election information - Mayor and city council: Member contact information - Planning and zoning: Provides professional assistance in creating and administering city policies, plans, and regulations with community stakeholders to enhance livability and sustainability. - Public Utilities Department: Includes drinking water treatment and distribution, wastewater conveyance and treatment, biofuel utilization, stormwater collection and treatment, nutrient recovery, and hydroelectric energy production. - Public Works Department: Is to provide for the effective and efficient operation, and maintenance of the city's infrastructure. The Public Works Department is organized into several divisions.
