Helps low-income individuals who need to purchase or repair a vehicle. The program includes:
- The vehicle purchase or repair loan is needed to continue work, school, or make medical appointments
- Repayment terms are flexible
- Vehicle purchase loan of $4,000 maximum
- Vehicle repair loan of $1,000 maximum
