Description

Provides long-term group home residential placement and temporary shelter for youth. Youth participate in individual and family therapy as well as group skills. Youth placed in temporary shelter are provided basic needs services with an immediate needs assessment completed at intake. Services available include: - After care support available after placement - Discharge planning with family/guardian, - Licensed clinical therapist on staff - Individual weekly goals, needs assessments, and treatment plan - Registered nurse on staff - Weekly group educational skills
