The Path to Home Program - New Pathways

Emergency transitional shelter including case management, skills training, personal care items, access to telephones, computers with internet access, laundry facilities, shower room, advocacy, private sleeping accommodations, three meals a day and transportation. Average length of stay is 65 days. Partners with churches who provide overnight accommodations and meals.
