- Nonprofit, public or private agencies which utilize volunteers in their programs - Individuals or groups seeking information about volunteer opportunities or individuals or groups seeking one time seasonal or ongoing volunteer opportunities - Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.
