Permanent, Supportive Housing (Maxfield Place) Permanent, supportive housing program for adults with a diagnosed disability who are considered chronically homeless. There are 10 individual apartments for single adults which include a bed, full kitchen, and bathroom. Maxfield Place is staffed 24 hous/7 days a week and employs a caseworker, who helps residents develop a long-term plan and collaborates with other service providers for referrals. Seasonal Shelter Daytime shelter provides temporary, safe, and warm housing accommodations for up to 30 individuals per night. The shelter is open from 9 am - 5 pm 7days. Meal, showers, laundry, wifi, phone, internet available.

Open to all individuals experiencing homelessness with a documented disabling condition who has either been continuously homeless for a year or more or have had at least 4 episodes of homelessness in the past 3 years.
