An Essential Community Clinic that caters to the health needs of all individuals. All services are confidential and include urgent and primary care, psychology and counseling and rehabilitation and weight loss. We have a 245 G (Rule 25) program to offer services to individuals who abuse drugs and alcohol. We offer mental health counseling and assessment plus case management services. We offer suboxone (medication Assisted Treatment) to individuals who abuse opioids.
