Program Fees

Provides food to any individual or family of low income. Volunteer Services no longer issues food shelf cards. Shoppers are allowed in one person or family at a time. The Food Shelf is meant to be used once per month. If the shopper depletes all of their other food-support, income, or any other food-assistance, and they run out of food before the end of the month, they may come back to shop again. Individuals may send someone to shop on their behalf if unable to come to the food shelf. If the individual has no one to shop for them, please refer them to Food Delivery aka Groceries on the Go at Winona Volunteer Services.????????????
