- In-person services: Serves adults 18 years or older who are residents Benton, Sherburne, and Wright counties living with a serious or persistent mental illness, have a co-occurring chemical use diagnosis, and/or a brain injury, and can benefit from a group setting - Virtual Services: Open to all adults 18 years or older living with a serious or persistent mental illness, have a co-occurring chemical use diagnosis, and/or a brain injury, and can benefit from a group setting; must be able to travel to Buffalo or Saint Cloud offices to complete paperwork once per year

Description

Intensive outpatient mental health treatment aimed to help reduce or relieve the effects of symptoms associated with a diagnosed mental illness. The program provides skills training, education, and therapy in a group format which will result in help people living and functioning more independently in the community. Day Treatment includes: ? - Enhanced illness management and recovery - Group psychotherapy - Individualized treatment planning - Integrated co-occurring diagnoses strategies - Mind and body integration strategies - Motivational interviewing - Social skills education and practice (Virtual and in-person options available)
