- Initial assessment by staff registered nurse to ensure that physical, mental, social, and emotional needs are met - Follow-up assessment by staff registered nurse every 90 days to ensure continuum of care - Supervison with medical staff - Assistance with daily care - Laundry and linen service - Three meals a day plus snacks - Housekeeping and maintenance - Private rooms - Each room furnished with bed, TV hookup, and telephone service
