Program Fees

Assists individuals living with a mental illness to increase independence at home and in the community. Provides opportunities for program participants to increase socialization, work toward or increase independent living, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Services include:
- Coaching and side-by-side assistance in independent living
- Communication and social skills
- Completing paperwork
- Connecting to community resources
- Monthly peer support and activity
- Socialization with peers and mental health staff - including art, bingo, and other activities
