  • Any Minnesota family who adopted from state or tribal guardianship, internationally or through private domestic infant adoption
  • County case workers, practitioners, case managers, and other professionals
  • Serves residents of Minnesota

8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Call; Specialists are available by phone during regular business hours, families can leave a voice mail after hours and call will be returned within 24 - 48 hours

Program Fees

  • No Fee
  • Phone and email-based support with advanced training in supporting adoptive, foster, and kinship families
  • Connects families with adoption/trauma/attachment-competent therapists, appropriate community resources, and educational offerings
  • Assists eligible families with funding to help with the cost of therapy with HELP Program vetted therapists, Foster Adopt Minnesota educational offerings, and eligible supports
