Call. Specialists are available by phone during regular business hours, families can leave a voice mail after hours and call will be returned as soon as possible.

- Any Minnesota family who adopted from state or tribal guardianship, internationally or through private domestic infant adoption - County case workers, practitioners, case managers and other professionals - Serves residents of Minnesota
