SNAP Outreach and Enrollment - Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) - Senior and Nutrition Services

Provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) outreach and application assistance. SNAP, formerly known as Food Stamps, is designed to assist low income individuals in accessing nutritious food from grocery retail outlets, as well as farmers markets. The goal is to help people make an informed decision about what hunger resources are available to them to ensure an overall successful transition from poverty to self-suffiency.
