Free, confidential service for homeowners who are behind or concerned about being behind on their mortgage payment. A foreclosure specialist will work with the homeowner to try to prevent foreclosure.
Foreclosure counselors:
- Connect clients to programs and resources to help avoid foreclosure
- Help work with lenders to find a solution
- Review a client's complete financial situation
