Provides legal advice, advocacy, representation, and referral services to taxpayers who are low income and having issues with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Additonal services include:

- Addressing identity theft problems

- Advocating for an audit reconsideration

- Helping recover a portion of your refund taken for a spouse’s debt

- Providing representation in US Tax Court for people with low incomes or who speak English as a second language

- Reducing or eliminating tax debt

- Stopping IRS collection action

- Worker misclassification
