- Call for fee information; sliding fee scale available for those who have no insurance or are underinsured - Accepts most major insurances; insurance deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of the session - Fees can be billed to Hennepin County for Hennepin County families with children under the age of 18 who have no insurance or are underinsured and need individual therapy for children, parenting assistance, or family therapy
Required documents
- All clients complete a registration form at first visit - If using health insurance, Medical Assistance, or Medicare, must bring card - If using sliding fee, bring proof of household income
Eligibility
- Residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties - School-based counseling services for students and families enrolled in the Minneapolis Public School system
