  • Center Services and Case Manager: Youth ages 16 - 24 years who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Anoka, Chisago, Hennepin, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Wright counties
  • Housing Hub and Transitional Housing: Youth ages 18 - 24 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Anoka County

Provides basic needs such as:

- Case Manager Assistance: Offers case managers on-site to help connect youth to education, employment opportunities, health and wellness programs, stable housing, and more

- Center Services: Hot meals, grab and go foods, clothing, laundry facilities, a shower, and more

- Housing Hub: Connects youth ages 18 - 24 experiencing homelessness or are at risk of being homeless in Anoka County with a Housing Specialist. Housing Specialists provide housing problem solving and can assist youth with practical solutions, identify resources, alternatives, and mediate conflict resolution between landlords, friends, or family. The initial process point to be connected with a Housing Specialist is short-term with a 30-day timeframe. After 30-days initial contact, households with no other pathways identified who meet eligibility requirements can be connected to a Housing Assessor and complete a Housing Needs Assessment. Individuals and families who complete a Housing Needs Assessment will be added to the Housing Registry.

- Transitional Housing: Manages a 12-unit transitional housing facility in Coon Rapids that offers supportive services
