Youth ages 16 - 24 years who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Anoka, Chisago, Hennepin, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Wright counties

  • Open Weekday Evenings After 5 pm
Provides basic needs such as hot meals, grab and go foods, clothing, laundry facilities, a shower, and more. Additionally, gives access to case managers on-site to help connect youth to education, employment opportunities, health and wellness programs, stable housing, and more. Also provides a 12-unit transitional housing facility in Coon Rapids that offers supportive services to young people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
