Chicken permits are permitted who live in R-1 zones with a maximum of four chickens allowed. - Forestry and park maintenance of landscape and trees on public property and parks. Parks located in Fergus Falls are Adams, Airport, Barefoot, Broken Down Dam, Delagoon, Dr. Allen Magnuson, E&G Noyes Park, Ferber Park, George Wright, Godel, Higgins Dog Park, Kennedy Park Nature Area, Kirkbridge Park, Pebble Lake Golf Course, Pebble Lake Swimming Beach, Red Sox, Riverfront Pavilion, Riverview Waterfall Sanctuary, Robert Hannah, Roosevelt, T.H. Johnson, Van Dyk, and W.L. Burnap (Broadway). The ice rank is Cleveland Ice Rink. - Protect and promote the natural resources - Reserve a park shelter or facility on a first come, first serve basis
